ClipQuery is a web app (clipquery.com) that lets you ask questions about YouTube videos: it answers from what is actually said, shows the exact moment, and can compare what several videos say in one table. The Basic plan is free forever with no card.
Without any app: read the video's transcript (Show transcript, under the video description) and search it. That works for exact words, but not for "what did they say about..." questions.
A real example: a 52-second film shows the whole flow on the real app, from pasting a link to an answer with its exact moment: https://youtu.be/P85u2PXWHT4
It answers from the transcript, so it cannot tell you what is only shown on screen without being said. If the video does not cover your question, it says so. You sign in with Google; ClipQuery keeps only your email address.

It is built to answer only from what is said in the video, and to say so when a video does not cover the question. Like any AI tool it can still be wrong, so check the time chip.
Yes. The Multi Video AI Ask tab answers one question across up to 10 videos in a table.
No. It runs in the browser. There is also a one-click bookmark button that adds the video you are watching to your library.
The Basic plan is free forever with no card. Pro is $9 a month and Beast is $45 a month, each billed once for the period with no automatic renewal.
